Situated just off the Grant Trunk Road in Jalandhar, Patwari Dhaba has been dishing out vegetarian culinary dishes since 1950s with a la carte as well as Thali system. Dhabas are said to be derived from the Hindi word ‘Dabba’ which means ‘lunch box’; usually simple, no-frills roadside shacks that first appeared in the Indian states of Punjab and Haryana as pit stops.
A celebrated location for decades, Patwari Dhaba is now coming to a MyFoodMojo Food Court and a F&B Street near you in a Joint Venture with MacGuffin Ventures.

Started in 2008, Lallan’s cafe was India’s first Chai Cafe with a modest opening as a tuck shop at HCL, Gurugram. Expanding its footprints to the erstwhile Vishal Megamart offices at Gurugram and subsequently at other large format Department Stores on an Shop-in-Shop format, Lallan’s Cafe was serving 8 varieties of tea, freshly prepared Indian fritters and stuffed parantha’s at commercial and office establishments way before PE funded and institutional chai cafes were born. With an array of desi beverage options, and a fresh menu, Lallan’s Cafe is back to where it belongs – on the F&B landscape – renewed, fresh with energy, funded and ready to claim its market share.
